Consignment Transactions in Ontario and Quebec

A consignment is a transaction in which a wholesaler, manufacturer or other person supplying goods ("consignor") supplies goods to a vendor ("consignee") for sale by the consignee without transferring ownership in the consigned goods to the consignee.
