We represent clients in both the private and public sectors in all aspects of civil and military procurement. Our clients are governments, government agencies, foreign publicly-controlled companies, multinationals, and Canadian and foreign companies of all sizes. We have acted for clients in a variety of sectors, including aerospace and defence, construction, engineering, mining, transportation, clean-tech, and life sciences.

Our professionals have experience working for clients through each stage of the procurement process. Our services include:

• advising clients on government contracting procedures, strategies and solutions at the federal, provincial and municipal levels
• assisting with the preparation of procurement criteria and documents, such as requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and invitations to tender
• assisting with the review of tender documents and the preparation of bid responses
• drafting and negotiating contract documents
• representing clients in bid challenges and protests
