Barry Webster has practiced at Lette LLP since 1994.

Barry's practice focuses on corporate commercial law, commercial real estate and securities law. Barry acts on behalf of large multi-national clients in the real estate investment, real estate development, hotel, logistics, manufacturing, mining, software, renewable energy and clean tech industries. As part of Barry’s securities practice, he has acted for public and private corporations on a full range of matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and reorganizations.  Barry has extensive experience with respect to various aspects of commercial real estate, including, acquisitions, divestitures, development, financing and leasing.

Barry worked in the music industry prior to his entry into the legal profession and he has since advised the Toronto Musicians Association, the Recording Musicians Association, and other members of the music profession.
