André Bégin has been with Lette & Associés since 1983. He received his Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.) from Laval University in 1979 and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from McGill University in 1986. He was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1980.
André carries on a successful foreign investments and trans border transactions practice. He represents investors on complex transactions which call upon his creativity and ability to find practical solutions to complex legal issues. He was involved over the years in a number of high profile foreign investments in Canada.
Over the years, André has advised clients on take-over bids, IPO's and corporate reorganizations, as well as parties to international joint ventures, licensing and distribution agreements. He has also represented clients involved in commercial disputes both before the courts and in arbitration.
