A graduate of University of Montréal, Esther Krauze received her Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) in 1995. She was admitted to the Bar of Québec in March 1997.

Esther joined Lette & Associés in March 1997 after having articled with the firm.

Esther's practice focuses on corporate commercial law, real estate, intellectual properties and immigration.

Esther's principal area of practice is commercial real estate. She has substantial expertise in the purchase, sale, financing, leasing and managing of residential, commercial and industrial real estate properties and has been practising in this area for over 15 years. As such Esther collaborates with her clients in all steps of these transactions, including the  due diligence process, negotiations and all related agreements.

Esther acts for commercial landlords and project managers in the negotiation and preparation of retail, office and industrial leases. Her files also require her to interpret existing lease obligations and resolve landlord/tenant disputes. Esther advises builders and developers on real property development projects. Esther also acts on behalf of tenants, mainly in reviewing and negotiating leases.
