We act for creditors as well as debtors in connection with everything from collections, to the realisation of security on personal (movable) or real (immovable) property, the application of bankruptcy and insolvency legislation, the rights and obligations of trustees, receivers and the like, as well as the purchase of assets from such officials.

Multi-jurisdictional insolvencies have become more common, and courts nowadays are more prone than ever to co-operate with each other in dealing fairly and effectively with the interests of all parties. Despite that, significant unforeseen complications will often arise as the application of different laws and procedures can lead to conflicting results.
