Marie Habre obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Montréal in 1996 and was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1998. Marie joined Lette & Associés in March 1999, after having articled at the legal department of the Montréal Urban Community and after having worked in private practice. Marie has also completed the Canadian Securities Institute, Canadian Securities Course.

Focusing on business law, Marie Habre's practice revolves around the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, asset and share purchase agreements, and license and co-promotion agreements, in different areas of activity. More specifically, she is regularly involved in the preparation and negotiation of agreements in the pharmaceutical field.

As well, she acts for clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including the due diligence process, negotiations, and drafting of all related agreements.
