LETTE's clients include natural resource companies and investors engaged in the mineral exploration, mining, oil and gas and forestry industries on a national and international level. We have significant experience in the acquisition and disposition of forest properties and assets. Our lawyers have also represented international mining and oil and gas concerns in all aspects of their activities, from the acquisition of properties to the development and exploitation of assets and the distribution of products. The group's services in these areas have included involvement in the negotiation and preparation of agreements at all stages of clients' activities, including: acquisition and disposal of natural resource assets, exploration and development agreements, construction and engineering contracts, structuring and implementation of national and international joint ventures and co-participations, project financing, and royalty agreements. We also advise on the taxation and regulatory issues relating to natural resource acquisitions and operations.
