Barry Webster has practiced at
Lette LLP since 1994. He received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Osgoode
Hall Law School in 1992.
Barry's practice focuses on corporate commercial law and commercial real estate. He has acted on behalf of clients of all sizes in the engineering, manufacturing, hotel, and real estate investment industries. He regularly represents and advises clients in the areas of acquisitions and divestitures of businesses and real estate properties as well as on issues relating to business immigration. In addition, Barry has extensive experience in estate matters that involve multi-jurisdictional issues.
Barry worked in the music industry prior to his entry into the legal profession and he has since advised the Toronto Musicians Association, the Recording Musicians Association, and other members of the music profession.

Philipp was born in Bonn and grew up in Ulm. He studied law at the universities of Bonn and Munich. During his education, he spent several internships at national and international political institutions in Germany and abroad, including the German Bundestag (Parliament) and the government of Baden-Württemberg. He joined Dr. Günter Knorr as a practising lawyer in 2002.
Philipp focuses on common civil law and business law as well as canon law. He is member of the boards of various political and non-profit organisations. Philipp is consultant to several religious institutions and dioceses.

Bill Whittaker is a graduate of
McGill University, Montréal, Canada, receiving the degrees of Bachelor
of Civil Law, Bachelor of Laws, and Masters of Business Administration.
He is also a graduate of Concordia University of Montréal and is a
member of the Barreau du Québec, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and
the Law Society of England and Wales. Bill was awarded the Queen's
Counsel designation in 1984.
Bill is a trustee of the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyer's Association and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and Canadian Tax Foundation. He is a director of the British-Canadian Chamber of Trade and Commerce and a member of the Danish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Swedish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and the Australian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Bill is a recipient of the Medal of Service from the City of Toronto for community service and is an Honorary Director of the Empire Club of Canada.
Bill practices corporate commercial law, real estate law, and trusts and estates law.
