Günter was born in Ulm, Germany and started his work as a practising lawyer in 1975. He received a degree as juris doctor from the Freie Universität Berlin in 1981. In 1991, he started a law practice in Munich. Günter focuses on business law, including mergers and acquisitions. Günter is also a member of the boards of companies in Germany, Canada, Hungary and Finland, and the chair of a publicly-traded Canadian company.
Günter has authored or co-authored articles and books dealing with legal and other matters. He initiated, in the field of information technology, an association certifying software quality, which led to an ISO standard for software quality.

A graduate of University of
Montréal, Esther Krauze received her Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
in 1995. She was admitted to the Bar of Québec in March, 1997.
Esther joined Lette & Associés in March, 1997 after having articled with the firm.
Esther's principal area of practice is commercial real estate. She has substantial expertise in the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial real estate properties.
Esther acts for commercial landlords and project managers in the negotiation and preparation of retail, office and industrial leases. Her files also require her to interpret existing lease obligations and resolve landlord/tenant disputes.
Esther also acts on behalf of tenants, mainly in reviewing and negotiating leases and more particularly within the context of the new information technology programs, namely the "Cité du Multimédia" and "CDTI" (Centre de Développement des Technologies de l'Information), which programs provide important tax advantages for Information Technology businesses.
As well, Esther's practise involves various aspects of corporate law, including the purchase and sale of businesses (both share and asset transactions), partnership, corporate matters, and corporate reorganisations.
